Matt Luke, Georgia’s recently hired associate head coach and offensive line coach, will make $900,000 a year, according to records obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The compensation is the same as Sam Pittman, who held the same titles in the football program before he left to become Arkansas head coach earlier this week.
According to the records, Luke will receive a base compensation of $375,000 and supplemental compensation of $525,000.
Luke, 43, was fired Dec. 1 after three seasons as Ole Miss head coach. He was 15-21, including a 4-8 record this past season.
